Quick experiment or what I was going to do with chopper footage of the Minneapolis water main break. This experiment uses crowd sourced imagry. In this case, I download a video from Youtube and extract a jpg image every 10 frames. This gives me a photo collection to synth. I'd wanted to use raw KSTP chopper 5 footage, but I can't find any without graphic overlays, that I can download.
