When I open an image in 3D photosynth IOS, it opens like a video in quicktime, so I can not move it by touching the screen, like the common computer. Can someone help me?
This is because Apple has not yet enabled WebGL support in mobile Safari by default. (This means there is no way to do traditional hardware accelerated 3D graphics in your iOS web browser which use your device's GPU).
The video preview is intended for any device which does not have a browser that supports WebGL or an ancient video card which is too old to run WebGL's shaders.
For now, you'll have to wait until Apple updated Safari to have WebGL enabled by default (right now they still haven't made it fast enough to release without everyone complaining) or wait until Photosynth finishes their new mobile apps for capturing and viewing photosynths (instead of only stitched panoramas like their current mobile apps) later this year.
If you've jailbroken your iOS device you can enable WebGL but I don't have an iOS device so can't tell you whether Photosynth's Preview site will serve you the WebGL viewer or detect you're on iOS and still just serve the video.
