I'd like to be able to tell at a glance which of my synths I've geo-aligned vs. only geotagged. 

A unique icon on the synth card for geo-alignment could work or a simple modification to the geotag icon such as a value or hue|saturation shift could mark the distinction.

The payoff in the short term is ease for the author to tell which synths still need to be geo-aligned without launching the editor for every single one. 

In the long term, I would enjoy seeing how much effort someone has put into the location of their synth via its synth card if I am specifically looking for great examples of geo-alignment. Presumably this will become far more obvious on the synth's own page in the not too distant future (read: before the year's end), but a head's up on the synth card would be excellent.
