Currently we can only view Synth results online after upload. The upload is a waste if the Synth results are not satisfactory: synthiness, navigation in the scene... Reviewing locally with the ability to change the photo selection in the Synth, resynth and eventually upload after satisfactory Synth results sounds like a major ease of use improvement to me. Taking into account that Synths can be published on Bing Maps, it would be good to be able to improve and extend already published Synths, but that requires local 'testing' functionality.
