Not sure why you don't have a Facebook page, at least there when you ask a question you'll be notified with an email unlike here.
This is the link to the Photosynth Facebook page from back in the 2008 Live Labs days: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Photosynth/27140346562 It was recently deactivated and its content (wall posts, messageboard, etc) removed when the Photosynth mobile panorama app was released on iOS. I should also point out that you can still use Photosynth's original community at Get Satisfaction: http://getsatisfaction.com/livelabs/products/livelabs_photosynth David Gedye, Bert Molinari, and a couple of other team members still post answers over there on occasion.
