Hi. When starting a panorama it goes very fast back and forth. Is there a chance to generally slow down the view in my account?

Hi, Mike. Currently there's no setting to adjust the slideshow speed in either synthsor panos. 

In synths, you can use the spacebar to progress at your own speed and in panoramas, if you add four or more highlights, the 'Play' button will take you through those highlights one by one, waiting for each to completely load before zooming to the next.

Also in panos, you can switch the viewer control scheme from grabbing the pano to pulling the camera by clicking and dragging. Use the brackets/hand icon to toggle between thetwo control schemes.
