I think it would be really fun to be able to geographically explore synths on a map. Maybe even have different filters like most favs and nice & synthy.

You could if Photosynth embed worked while using Virtual Earth. Right now, you can see a Photosynth icon in VE, but it opens up a thumbnail still image! It should pop up a photosynth window, right? Only to obvious.
Any idea of when we'll see existing synths synthed with the oblique 'Birds Eye View' photography from Virtual Earth? That's what I'm keen to see.
