I think the Photosynth website could be a bit easier to navigate. The site links aren't quite sure whether they should be at the top or the bottom of the page (compare home and YourSynths.aspx), it takes two clicks to get to your synths, and the YourSynths page goes {user stuff)(global stuff)(user stuff) which imo is unintuitive. Also this RESTful stuff is quite fashionable nowadays, it would be neater if you replaced the .aspx pages with /path/ type resources and replaced the GUIDs with something more link-friendly.
