In the last few years they paved the path from the dirt road to the beach, so it's a lot more accessible than it used to be, hence more people on the beach than there used to be.

I still haven't managed my drive through Waimea with the camera on the roof of my car.  Typical Waimea weather, it's been rainy non-stop for days.  The one day it's clear?  I'm not in town.  Ah well.  If can, can.  If no can, no can.

Hey Tom, good thing the beach off in the distance is all blurry... assuming people still use it the same way they did a few years ago.  Last time I was there I think they had paved the road, sad that keeps happening. (I think they did that at Pinetrees too right?)

Anyway, thanks for sharing these Big Island synths.  I'll be back home in late May, would love to buy you a locomoco at Hawaiian Style.

Not sure about Pinetrees.  I haven't been there in ages.  (Can't fly kites at Pinetrees because of the airport.)  But yeah, the beach in the distance is still... well, still the way it's been. ;)

The weather is clearing, so I might get a chance to try that drive-through synth some time this week.  Crossing my fingers!

And do let me know when you head out here.  I'll take you up on that locomoco!
