Steps to reproduce:
 - navigate to photosynth.net
 - sign in
 - click create your syth
 - new page opens
 - click create a synth
 - create synth window opens
 - add title
 - add pictures

Result:
 - no Syth or Cancel button found

Attempted Resolutons:
 - changed screen resoltuion o 1024x768, not help

System Information:
 - Asus EeePC 1005HA w Atom 270 proc
 - 1GB RAM
 - 1024 x 600 resolution

OK...more info.

Switching to 1024x768 while the create new syth window was open didn't work. Tried resizing the window to see the buttons but nothing. Swithching resolutions before clicking Create New Synth did work...yeah!

Yep, to see the [Synth] button in the synther, your monitor needs to have a vertical resolution of greater than 600 pixels. 

You can actually start synths even without seeing the button by clicking in the 'Tags' or 'Description' boxes and pressing the [Enter] key as long as you've already provided:
1) a Title and
2) Three or more Photos
