When looking at the main forum index, in cases where the topic count of a forum category is counted in three digits and the post count is counted in four digits, my mobile browser turns the seven digits into a clickable callto: link. I haven't tested, but this may also happen for people who have a Skype plugin for their desktop browser installed.
