I am trying to create a new synth, but it keeps failing due to error 85EA1001. How can I solve this problem?

We saw this once before with a previous release of the synther.  Are you by chance using Windows XP SP2?  If so, upgrading to SP3 might fix the issue.

If not, can you type %TMP%\Photosynther in your Start-&gt;Run box, and post a reply to this forum with the log lines near this message?
