Share tips for making and sharing amazing panoramas from your phone.
Have you just uploaded a great pano? Have you stumbled across one while exploring the site? If so please link to it from this thread. We'll be switching out daily the featured mobile panoramas on the homepage for the next couple weeks, and could use your help selecting them.
Hi Tony, cool stuff! I'd love to go out and do some shooting off my mobile device. Thanks for the idea (: -Michael http://iNveridux.com/
Hi Tony, I stumbled on this app for my iPod touch yesterday. I took it out for a play earlier and this is one of the results: http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=635de1ff-5157-4309-a0c3-724249697d96
I'm positive that Tony's already aware of this, but followers of this topic will also probably enjoy this Twitter account: http://twitter.com/photosynthfavs Keep sharing, friends!
Hi Tony, I'm quite pleased with this Pano - the app captures the sunset nicely http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=c6a7cb80-eb01-4a0b-bcac-4e5c0a1f00cc
Here's one for you guys, a rooftop in Hancock Park, Los Angeles: http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=5a019f5a-c067-4d43-9aba-976a924cde79&m=false&i=0:0:0&c=0:0:0&z=510.513410842817&d=-1.20919957615615:-1.20919957615614:-1.20919957615614&p=0:0&t=False
By the way is there any way to edit the comments on these forums?
Here's one for you, Tony. I brought my iPhone out onto the Willamette for a Sunday paddle and shot a pano while exploring Portland, Oregon's Elk Rock Island: http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=1cac11b2-3374-406f-bc7c-c1d7e5fc1171. Since my gigapan doesn't fit my whitewater boat, I guess my kayaking panos will be with the iPhone app from now on, but the robot goes rafting. Thinking about a high water Middle Fork of the Salmon run at the end of the month. Don't suppose that Bing Maps Photosynth is looking for a project to sponsor?
Im happy with mine. It looks almost seamless. http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=604604e2-0a08-4462-aa54-5e762ef7c6fe&m=false&i=0:0:0&c=0:0:0&z=384.94996018047&d=-1.19914412029323:-1.19914412029323:-1.21562044242293&p=0:0&t=False
