Can’t seem to get something to synth right? Curious about what lens is best? Ask your fellow Photosynthers here.

It's because the suject is too consistent in colour with little varying texture.
Two thoughts: 1. Take more images from a low angle. This will capture more portions of the headset that is lit up. 2. How do you know there isn't a pointcloud? Maybe the points are all black?
