it will be great if we can share with google+, by using only a click from the site. Post the actual photo, because right now it appear as a link to click.

As to the likelyhood of getting a link to share out a photosynth or a panorama to Google+, people have been asking for a similar feature for Twitter for quite some time without any results, so I wouldn't get your hopes too high. 

Also, I think that you are asking for the interactive viewer to be embedded in Google+. So far, I haven't been able to find a way to use HTML embed code in Google+ posts, so you may just be out of luck there. Even on Facebook, photosynths and panoramas are only given a thumbnail preview of the first image and a link is given to its Photosynth.net page. In Facebook's case, it's not a technical limitation, but rather lack of work on the Photosynth team's part. Almost everyone who has used the share to Facebook link wishes that their synth or pano was embedded instead.
