Hi,

I tried that link at bottom left "View Synth in Direct3D Viewer" and all it does is send me to the photosynth download page.  But I already downloaded.

Am I missing something?  Is the direct3D synth viewer still available?

Yep, it's still available. It only works on Windows computers in Internet Explorer 7, or 8, or Firefox 2 or 3. Are you trying to use it in those browsers?

Yes - I'm running Firefox V 3.0.13.  When I click the green link at lower left below th viewing area "View Synth in Direct3D Viewer", it takes me to the download page.  And I don't see any link on this page to download the Direct3D viewer.  Is the viewer a downloadable app, or online?

Update - I just installed the latest photosynth and now it works.  Thanks for the help!

Yeah, it's just a regular IE and FF plugin and should install with any version of Photosynth. If it had been a while since you installed the synther then the plugin may have needed to be upgraded.

Regardless, I'm glad it's working for you now.
