The large pyramid serves as the main entrance to the Louvre Museum. Completed in 1989.
The pyramid and the underground lobby beneath it were created because of a series of problems with the Louvre's original main entrance, which could no longer handle an enormous number of visitors on an everyday basis. Visitors entering through the pyramid descend into the spacious lobby then re-ascend into the main Louvre buildings. [wikipedia]"

<a10:updated>2010-03-24T00:19:20Z</a10:updated><a10:content type="text/html" src="http://photosynth.net/view/113a7e13-0ca4-4792-bfc2-e3cc75ae090e" />

<a10:author><a10:name>smartray05</a10:name><a10:uri>http://photosynth.net/userprofilepage.aspx?user=smartray05</a10:uri></a10:author>
Approach to Half Dome 360 Panorama

<img src="http://cdn2.ps1.photosynth.net/pano/c01001200-AN4QqeZghyM/thumb.jpg" alt="Approach to Half Dome 360 Panorama" title"Approach to Half Dome 360 Panorama" /> by smartray05 "6-20-09 5:12PM - A 360 degree panorama of the surrounding mountains.
