In PTGui, tab: "Image parameters" you can enter yaw, pitch and roll manually. For this panorama for parameters were:
image no-yaw-pitch
0-0-90
1-0-60
2-30-60
3-60-60
4-90-60
...
12-330-60
13-0-30
14-20-30
...
30-340-30
31-0-0

I knew the coordinates, because I programmed the head to take to photos at these coordinates.

Sorry, can help you here, I have never created that large PSB file. My biggest file is 12GB and there were no problems. I suppose that you have 64 bit Windows.
