by CamDog "The pictures for this panorama were captured on 28th of May, 2o12 (o8:55am) from the construction crane used to build up the "Vienna DC Tower" building at apx. 150m above ground level. The pano consists of 68 pics (3648 x 2736) shot with an Olympus SP-570 UZ, manually set to ISO-64, F5.6, 1/250s and lens focal lenght ~57mm. Hope to redo this in high resolution soon!"

by garretbaquet "It was cold... real cold... This Pano is composed of 10 Images that took 30 seconds each. It has been rather interesting trying to stitch windmills... They won't stop, even if you ask politely... This is a problem because they look the same... they may as well be giant marbles or piles of popcorn. Some people stand on the shore with a stick to catch fish... some people stand on desolate roads in the middle of the night with 3 sticks and catch images..."

Low ISO, Smallest Aperature within reason... and I try to keep exposure times to roughly 15 Seconds... It's not that I don't want to extend the duration of my psuedo-yoga / Faux-Ninja, neck crimping, Cyclops emulating, eye straining, contortionist routine to see into the viewfinder... in a dark corner of the world... anticipating a Seedpod meets Noggin' event from 60 something feet above... The probability of an critical seed2noggin impact can be significantly decreased by shooting 30 15 secod exposures... and not 30 3 minute exposures...7.5 minutes instead of 90... and bracketing... would be absurd... Historical Landmark #3 Circa 1880"

by garretbaquet "My buddy Kevin got married a few hours ago. This panorama was, for me, a wonderful way to finish an amazing day. The couple was not taking a respite, rather, The exposure was 20 seconds long... and they had to hold their breath, not move or blink because they were at ease. New friends, old friends, great locations... The EverythingConnects team pulled out the stops today... 5 photographers, 1 0s of thousands of still images for time lapse images... panoramas. Heather Rose, our newest Artist and Collaborator did an amazing job... I learned a lot watching her work... Matthew on Data Management and Logistics. Audrey on still images and detail shots, Sonjia on time lapse and Gopro footage. Thanks everyone!"

Hyboklacken in evening sun no. 2

by Lassehybo "On the longest day of the year, 21/6, with the sun almost in my back facing south, I shot this pano from 8:30 to 9:05 in the evening. This pano consists of 264 images. The distance between me and the top of Klacken is about 1500m. The images are shot in columns from right to left in contrast to usually left to right. I've changed focus between distant and nearer images and due to were ICE put the seams the sharpness can go a bit in zig zag. Can you find the mallard on this side of the lake? Don't peek on the highlight!"

Thank you, MagiView. I considered this an insignificant pano with just water, wood and sky. It's really a booster getting such strong words from a pro.
