by Sphynctre "While walking around Charleston, we came across this very striking church with an equally impressive cemetary. I noticed that the sign on the gate said that visitors are welcome, so I went in. The Circular Church of Charleston is one of the oldest churches in the south, dating back to 1681. It's the site of the city's oldest burial grounds, dating to 1695. While touring the grounds, it's hard not to notice the unique circular design of the building. I also happen to be intrigued by old cemetaries, so I spent some time taking pictures. Enjoy =)"
