Bermuda Botanical Gardens Originally opened in 1898 the Bermuda Botanical Gardens feature 36 acres of trees, flowers and shrubs. All are clearly labelled making it the place to come if you want to identify the fantastic flora you have seen on your Bermuda vacation. John Lennon visited the gardens in 1980 and named his subsequent album ‘Double Fantasy’ after a flower he spotted here. There’s a palm garden featuring native palmetto trees, a flowering hibiscus garden, a rose garden, a frangipani collection, banyan trees and an enormous ficus tree. The Garden for the Sightless is a sensory garden designed primarily for the benefit of the blind. All the signs are in Braille and the garden abounds with fragrant flowers and aromatic herbs. There are several greenhouses filled with collections of cacti and orchids and the gardens also has an aviary."

Fantastic - if you view the point cloud statue from behind you get the hollow-face illusion which is a bit freaky!

Deep Wood House: Greenhouse

by Nathanael "It had been far too long since I was able to go and shoot a good honest synth so I headed over to our town's largest park with the thought of shooting a historic house, but remembered this greenhouse when I got there and didn't get any farther as I've been wanting to shoot a greenhouse and plant nursery for quite some time. Sadly my battery packs both died before I quite finished shooting the detail that I would have liked due to my need to shoot with my flash nearly the entire shoot but in all honesty I don't know how many more photos I would really be able to fit into this one synth. That said, it was very therapeutic to see a respectably sized new pointcloud form from my photos."
