I have no idea why its only "95% synth" and what I could do about changing that... also I am really waiting for a feature to connect with other synths or display positions of where the photo was taken etc. Oh and I found a few additional photos but no way to add them, looks like I have to create a new sync. Yes, indeed, due to the great distance only quite big changes (several hundred meters) in the view will improve photosynths perception of the 3d information. however from similar perspectives I only have access to this one building. The images are taken from slightly different locations out of that building so the leftmost/rightmost images are perhaps 20 meters or so away from each other. likely shooting from quite different angles (in my experience at least 15-20 degrees away) will greatly improve things however I did not yet learn to fly to take the images ;)

Waipio Valley - Kite Aerial (KAP)

by tbenedict "Shots from a kite aerial photography session in Waipi`o Valley on the Big Island of Hawai`i - This was a wonderful session with clean wind and fairly steady camera position. I did walk it around a little, and changed altitude several times, so there's more than one vantage point in this set. A couple of the shots include the kite line. Unfortunately in several of those the camera focused on the kite line instead of the scenery. Wonders of modern cameras... Equipment used: Kite - 6' rokkaku Line - #200 braided dacron Rig - Brooks BBKK + Pan Gearbox Camera - Canon A650IS"

With this economy, I may never get to visit Hawaii. It is such a beautiful state. Thanks for sharing. The idea of using a kite is brilliant.

The house is in the Stockholm archipelago, Sweden. It was moved to the island at the beginning of the 20th century from the Dalarna County, where this kind of house is typical.

The house is all built with manual tools.
