"This is really supposed to be the "S" Mountain series, but it worked much better for the city itself this time. The view is from the area around "S" Mountain. For the new pictures, I didn't climb all the way up S Mountain, so it's really just next to S Mountain. I took some new pictures with my new camera, which takes better pictures, has a much better zoom, takes it's own panorama shots, and has a "burst" mode that will take 10 pictures in 5 seconds so I can scan across an object (or an area) without having to press the button for each picture."

"This could be frustrating, but I'm actually more amused by it than anything. The lighting was so bad, and I tried to cover such a large area that I'm not surprised that it had problems. It does seem to have connected all the skylines of the mountains together, which has not worked in some of my other Synths. Unfortunately, in this case I was going for all the smaller hills in the middle, and it seems to have randomly connected them. I'll revisit this spot sometime when I can get there with better lighting. It's really a very interesting area, terrain-wise. But I might not be able to get to it until Spring."

Pueblo County Courthouse, Exterior

"This is the Pueblo County Courthouse. I'll eventually connect the exterior with the interior, but I have a lot of work to do on the interior first. As in some of my other projects, the corners didn't all connect properly in this Synth, so I'll get that fixed, too. I think this time the problem is mainly the sunlight. Some of the pictures were just a bright light, which it obviously would not be able to Synth. I also plan to do some of the buildings around the courthouse, like the church right across the street. But I love how the statue worked, and the stairs worked much better than other stairs for some reason."

"This is Holy Cross Abbey, now Holy Cross Winery, located in Canon City, Colorado. PhotoSynth had a lot of trouble with all the trees around it, but eventually I was able to get a complete 360 connection. Be sure to check out the overhead view and the Point Cloud. (Press P to see the point cloud)"
