"The cityscape of Liverpool, UK from the top of the Anglican Cathedral Tower in May 2005. Particularly interesting is the area between the city centre shops and the Albert Dock, where the Liverpool One shopping centre is forming, and the dock itself where the Echo Arena was about to be built.
