"This is Minnesota's State Capitol Building, designed and built by architect Cass Gilbert. It was completed in 1905, and cost $4.5 million to build. It is made of white marble, and has the 2nd largest marble dome in the world, after the Vatican."

Minnesota has one of the most beautiful state capitols in the US, and only one of four all marble domes. The Vatican, the Taj Mahal, the Minnesota State Capitol, and the Rhode Island state house. It is second only to the Vatican in size, and was modeled after it."
