Just noticed sumthin interestin. Original pic orientation doesn't matter for the synth, but does in Grid View. I've noticed that Photosynth does not respect the meta data for image orientation, so I have been rotating mine in Windows Explorer. Will continue to do so, since Grid View has its place, too. Well, anyhow, just thought I'd point this out, in case others were unaware, as I was till just a moment ago.
OK, synth on:)...
Just a note that the interior can be seen in a separate synth here:

Very cool, I love the point cloud.
the halos/doughnuts/toroids come up nicely - great point cloud
I'm currently synthing a version with only 61 photos that were the wider angle shots. Thankfully since it decided only 2 of the photos were new it was relatively quick to do. Now I know it can reuse photos without uploading them I may experiment more.
You can see the simpler version here:

That said you should be able to play with the point cloud on this. There are several toroidal rings to manipulate at various points, mainly at the corners, and you can always use a combination of the mouse and w/a/s/d to view it.
Though I admit it's not as simple as the one main ring on the simpler version.
