You've got beautiful subject matter here. Personally, I wish you'd taken complete circles of 15 to 20 photos each, around the rose at various heights and distances here. In my experience that should almost guarantee 100% synthiness and it's easier to start with guaranteed synthy and work backwards to a bare minimum number of photos than to take just a few photos and hope you've got enough. This is especially true if your subject is as short-lived as a flower.

Great job with your workflow including automatic tagging of your photos. Many of the rest of us (even those that already are masters at putting together a strong synth) would do well to learn from you in that regard.
