Pretty nice. To get the two isolated photos synthed with the rest, you just need to take a few more "in-between" photos. Perhaps a few close-ups to make sure Photosynth can distinguish the two different designs, and also a few more "in-between" photos to connect them to the rest of that face of the building. With a few more photos, you should be able to get 100% synthy with no disjointed sets. Good luck!
