Nice pano. Unfortunately it looks like the automatic mode of ICE was thrown off here: http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=209dc209-82e7-40a7-a0dd-15a81b38c3c1&m=false&i=0:0:0&c=0:0:0&z=813.479382169187&d=-1.24644591276664:1.37799442725165:1.214376387467&p=0:0&t=False

If you try File:New Strucutred Panorama ... and click the horizontal 360 button, that may be enough of a hint to work this out.
