Description
Described as "one of the very best hikes and peaks in the San Gabriels" I'd say that Cucamonga Peak does not dissapoint. After a very tough and sometimes nerve wracking hike that moves continously upwards -- the "saddle" of the peak can be seen. This is when the awe kicks in as well. The roughly 4,000 ft of vertical gain drops you off at an almost 9,000 ft peak with an amazing view of the world below.
