Tethered aerostat balloon was used to shoot this series of panoramas to help the World Trade Center developer and architects study the views from the proposed observation floor. Most images shot at 1376ft above Ground Zero's north tower. This record setting tethered balloon flight was shot View from the observation floor of the proposed WTC Bldg 1.
