Description
A series of hot springs feeding the cold water creek in Inyo National Forest. A popular place for those visiting the Mammoth Lakes area, Hot Creek can be quite busy on weekends, particularly in summer. The road may be closed during winter, you can ski into the springs if you are so inclined. Most visitors go the “Geologic Exhibit”. My favorite places is outside to this area and away from the tourist.
