A good example for "walking through a building" is: sbc2 from EdLee

This brings back great memories of my 3 years in Berlin - good fortune had it that my office was on the 5th floor of a building in Charlottenstrasse which overlooked the German cathedral. The terrace on the 5th floor would be the perfect place to do part of the synth of the southern end of Gendarmenmarkt. 

This is a very good synth with a very good point cloud. Do you plan to take more photos of the southern part of the square - it would be great also to get some of the facades along Charlottenstrasse - even more interesting than the buildings in Markgrafenstrasse? For example the Lutter and Wegner Restaurant on the corner of Tauben and Charlottenstrasse, and the Musiekhochschule? Incredible!!

the photos for this synth were taken on a holiday trip to berlin, which by now is history. in the next months i will not get to berlin, but be sure on my next visit i will extend the theme of this synth in the proposed directions. if there is a chance to make something synth nicely i will even enter into a building ;-)

by the way: the big stairs at the concerthouse lead to nothing. the entrance is actually under the stairs (left and right). so actually one could there extend the synth into the building. but i'm not sure if this would work well, because it's very dark down there
