Next time you might want to set the focus to manual. I noticed that your camera is focused on a few of the pine trees on the right.

We were 100% aware of focusing issues, and we did a lot of experiments and tried our best. Manual focusing was not our option because we used a telephoto lens and there were just too many photos. Also, if it takes too much time to complete the entire project, the location of the sun changes too much and it will cause other problems.
