Description
The Town Hall of the municipality of Schaerbeek in Brussels was designed by architect Jules-Jacques Van Ysendijck and inaugurated by King Leopold II in 1887. Partly destroyed by a criminal fire in 1911, it was rebuilt and enlarged by Maurice Van Ysendijck, son of the former, and innaugurated again in 1915 This is a stich of 68 photos shot from the 34th floor of the nearby Brusilia building in Brussels (500 m away). I used a Nikon D7000 with a Nikon 600mm f4 lens on a Gitza tripod (the lens is too heavy for my Gigapan Epic Pro motorized head).
