Description

It is traditionally believed among the Taiwanese and chinese that such cochin ceramic sculptures ward off evil spirits. But no matter its ability to ward off evil (and the fact only the Taiwanese sculptors know how to make them) this chinese unicorn certainly makes for good photographs!
The pictures were taken with a canon EOS 40D digital SLR camera.

Cardinal!!! You have excelled yourself...this has to be one of the best photosynths ever made!! The point cloud is incredible, and I count at least 4 rotation points (doughnuts)

I can rotate its head, body, front legs and tail all separately - incredible!

Thanks, Darius and Fred. I have a few more cochin sculptures (the dragon, the monkey, the pig and the dog). I might make a synth on one or those sometime.
