Cheers for posting this Jonathan. Is this the imagery used in connection with the BBC programme ‘How We Built Britain’, I mentioned the synths whereabouts in an email to David Gedye last week.

You're correct, these are the photos taken by the BBC. I finally had access to a machine that could run 1400 photos.
