Aha, mystery solved! I just wish I'd seen this synth before I took a bunch of pictures to make my own :)

Thank you on your compliment on the pointcloud of my Monster in the Roots synth. I geotagged as you requested. I recognized your name, as I do try to view as many synths as possible. Seriously, your gingerbread house looks good enough to eat,I do have quite the sweet tooth. The more synths I create, I realize that subject, balance, composition, and eye appeal, are priority to the pointcloud. A good pointcloud is the icing on the cake or gingerbread house. I have viewed some of your other synths since I signed up, and it seems to me that you are having as much fun with this as I am. Thanks again for the compliment, and likewise on your synths. And not just on the pointclouds but the whole eye appeal thing. There are a lot of really nice synths out there, and I have just viewed and admired them. But have not commented on any of them (didn't think my opinion was needed)I will take your lead and give appreciation for a synth well done.
Keep on synthin'

Jim, thanks for the compliments. I'm glad you're having fun with this, and thanks for adding the geotag. I encourage you to comment on more synths and favorite them too. Everyone appreciates a good comment and well placed favorite. :-)

Hey madeeds, Jim here. I was skimming through some synths, and remember, (I think it was you) mentioning something about the white balance in your photos. And it somehow improving the synth. I might be completely off base here, but if it is not too much trouble, could you elaborate on this. Or point me to, perhaps a FAQ which covers this topic.
Hey the weekend is almost here. Guess what I will be doing with my free time.
Happy synthing and have a great weekend.

Hi, Jim. I did metnion white balance on this synth:

and this synth:

The synther is quite robust to white-balance problems and can usually synth photos together with very different white balances.
When I said it improved the synth, I meant that the pictures looked better, not that it synthed more completely. I look forward to seeing what you put together last weekend.

Hey thank you for your comment on my old synth. Synths are pretty easy once you get the hang of things. I just need to get a good camera now. Since this is just a hobby and I'm flat broke, it's probably not gonna happen any time soon :p I really wanna make a good synth of the manhattan bridge one day.
