This looks really magical. What kind of colored lights do they use for the lighting?

They drill holes through the blocks of ice and insert colored plastic tubes containing the lights. I'm not sure whether the lights are LEDs or conventional bulbs like large Christmas lights. With night-time temperatures around -20 C (-4 degrees F), they don't really have to worry about the ice melting!
