Right in the center of México City, the main plaza called "Zocalo" is pretty much the heart of all social and political movements in Mexico. This is the place where Mexico's independence celebration is held every year. In this pano we can see ex-employees of Mexico's light and power company protesting for the sudden liquidation of the company by the president Felipe Calderón. More than 40,000 people lost their jobs. On the floor we can see messages from people who support the workers. There are messages in many languajes from people all over the world.
