For a synth with a chronological sequence like this one, you might consider setting the first photo chronologically ( http://photosynth.net/edit.aspx?cid=c95cb72c-8959-4eba-b1ff-270b4828b4f1&m=false&i=0:0:1&z=5000 ) as the first one that the synth loads with the synth editor. When you (Cepaliga) are signed into your account, just click the above link and head to the 'Advanced' tab on the upper right. You should be able to navigate to the desired photo and set it as the first to load.

I would also consider setting the slideshow order to follow filename order, rather than Photosynth's default spatial tour, also via the 'Advanced' tab in the synth editor.
