Piazza San Marco has got to be the most synthed place in the world. This is a combination of my original San Marco photos from our Tech Preview and David Gedye's photos of San Marco, the Doge's Palace and part of the Grand Canal from over a year later. It really turned out beautifully. It's a great example of how photos from multiple people can become 'greater than the sum of their parts'. At some point we'll be able to link synths together through their photos

a shame you can't add photos of the same place! So the 3D would be even better!
i have seen many synths from San Marco & taken from the top of the tower!

Wow, this is wonderful! I'm a die-hard pro who has been laid up for over two years between eye surgeries and a fall from a tree (don't ask, but I broke a lot of bones)...so this was a very special treat for me! Thank you SO MUCH!

This really shows what photosynth was made for. zooming back from the gondolas was amazing. I could see where you could take photos over an entire vacation of a space and have it all together, day/night/rain/shine
