Rick's Potting Shed - Photosynth

Description

This is the potting shed I built in our back yard. You can tour around the shed or go in through the front door to see the interior, which is full of neat gardening tools.

To take this synth, I first walked around the shed, then walked up to the front door, opened it, and stepped into the middle so that I could get a good multi-lelvel (spiral) panorama.

To get back outside, you may need to use the "back" arrow while looking towards the rear window.

very cool.....but once i got in the shed i couldn't go back out. Any one else have that happen?

I think that is because he didn't turn around and walked out the door when he was inside.
However, if you turn away from the door and use the 'back arrow' icon on the bottom of your screen, you 'walk backwards' outside again.

This is something I've wanted to do too but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
good to know it can be done reasonably well. I think if he left the door open when he panned around inside, you would have been able to click your way back out.

Make sure you check out the point cloud (P), its awesome!
