The building is the municipality of Tel Aviv. I took a few dozens pictures of this building and created a panorama in ICE. I took the resulting Tif file into Photoshop and inserted several scenes into some of the windows. Then I cut the new pictures into several overlapping sections, and fed them to ICE creating a new panorama, which I uploaded to Photosynth.

Brilliant! We've seen a few of these creative images over in gigapan.org, but this is the first I've seen on Photosynth. Thanks for sharing!
