The aurora borealis is difficult to stitch manually as well as automatically. This collage is made of several "pans" and therefore has a little more light than an actual snapshot would have. Tip: It helps to stand close to/under a tree as the stitcher gets something to work with in the zenith positions. I've grown fond of shifting the whitebalance from green and red towards blue and magenta, at the expence of the reds and greens we often see in the aurora. This is a personal preference and gives a more natural look to the landscape imo.
