Description

the old düsseldorf harbour for the rhine shipping has been closed and the area has been reconstructed, or is under reconstruction. now there a hotels, office buildings and restaurants (info: http://gastronomie.duesseldorf-tourismus.de/2300.html). the whole ensemble of old and divers styled new builduings looks somewhat like urban planning gone bonkesrs, but i think that is also the appeal of this area
