Looks like you have photos from a variety of different focal lengths. You may want to try making this a photosynth rather than a panorama. Send me an email if your not sure about the difference. Thanks, Tony Ernst, Photosynth Test Lead (tonyern@microsoft.com)

Yeah I'll definitely do that.. thanks so much for the offer, I cant figure out how to manually place them where they should go correctly. Looking forward to your help Tony!
