Just a heads up for Internet Explorer 11 users:
As of the time of this writing, you'll have to use the IE's F12 Developer Tools (Emulation tab) to change your user agent to Internet Explorer 10 or Google will fail to send you the CSS for the page.

Also note that in IE, once you've entered one of the constellations, Google fails to render the ellipse under your cursor that hovers over the ground plane which will take you to other panorams in the area and the chevrons which display on the ground that lead back and forth to other panos.

You can click the ground experimentally, keep an eye on the map in the lower left once you've entered a constellation and how your current view is oriented there and use the up and down cursor keys on your keyboard to advance or retreat to surrounding panoramas, or just use Firefox, Opera, or Chrome and get the navigation affordances that you're intended to use.

That said, feel free to let the Google Maps team that you'd appreciate correct rendering in Internet Explorer on Twitter, their blog, etc.
