Topic: In the event of a 'Stuck in Publishing' glitch, email users whose synths + panos finally succeed

Although it is an unusual state of affairs, we sometimes see the 'Publishing' stage of synths and panos get stuck when the website servers are having troubles, rather than taking the usual minute or less.

In the event that this occurs, I know that most of the time, the synths and panos in question eventually do show up on the account of the author, albeit sometimes a few days later, rather than instantly, as is the usual case.

When the upload finishing and the publishing completing are more than five minutes apart, I don't think that it would be out of place for a friendly email to be sent to the user's account, apologising for the delay, and explaining that while the delay was not usual behavior, their synth or pano is now back online and future uploads should work much faster.

Apologies if I'm echoing someone else's request, but as much discussion as there was on this topic in the early days, I just can't remember now if this has been said before.
