Is it possible to have the photosynth "full screen" automatically when i go to webpage with it embedded into?

If you're talking about a photosynth's or panorama's page here on photosynth.net, you can get something like this by modifying any 'view' link to an 'embed' link and adding the auto-load switch.

If you're talking about embedding a panorama or photosynth on some other website (like your own blog or a forum or someone else's website), then, no, there's no option for auto-fullscreen because it could be abused to take over other people's pages which would be annoying. 

If you're making your own page, though, you can always just fill the entire page with the embed code instead of leaving it at its default width and height.
